Shipping & Delivery Policy

Figurtech ships precision leak testing instruments and custom testing systems to manufacturers worldwide. Every order is fully assembled, calibrated, and inspected at our facility in China before dispatch.

Lead Times

Standard instruments (LY, LD, LF, LG, LM, LE series): 2–3 weeks from order confirmation
Custom fixture systems & multi-channel configurations: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and approved drawings

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. Production lead times begin upon receipt of deposit and written order confirmation. Rush production may be available — contact us with your deadline.

Trade Terms & Cargo Insurance

All shipments are made on FOB (Free On Board) terms from our facility in China. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon loading at the port of origin. We strongly recommend buyers arrange comprehensive cargo insurance for all international shipments. Figurtech can assist with insurance coordination upon request.

Global Shipping

We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. Smaller instruments are dispatched via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express. Larger systems and multi-unit orders ship by air freight or LCL sea freight. All shipments include full tracking and complete export documentation.

Packaging

Each instrument is packed in a custom foam-lined wooden or reinforced export carton, engineered to protect precision components during international transit.

Customs & Import Duties

All import duties, customs taxes, and destination-country fees are the buyer's responsibility. Figurtech provides accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to support smooth customs clearance.
