Certifications
Quality Management System
Our design, manufacturing, calibration, and after-sales processes are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Scope covers instrument development, production, fixture fabrication, standard leak calibration, and technical support.
CE Marking
Instruments supplied to customers in the European Economic Area carry CE marking confirming conformity with applicable EU directives including Machinery Directive and EMC Directive requirements.
National High-Tech Enterprise
Recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology as a National High-Tech Enterprise — a qualification that certifies sustained R&D investment, proprietary technology, and innovation capability in precision instrumentation.
Invention Patents
Multiple granted invention patents covering differential bridge sensor compensation, embedded module architectures, multi-channel pneumatic isolation circuits, and automated fixture sealing mechanisms.
Calibration Standards
Every instrument we ship is calibrated before delivery. We supply calibrated standard leak holes (standard calibration leaks) as part of every complete system — not as an accessory. Standard leaks are traceable to national measurement standards and documented with a calibration certificate.

- Fixture validation documented: OK/NG discrimination demonstrated across 50 cycles before delivery

- Specification review before quoting: We review your part drawing and leak spec before proposing an instrument and fixture — preventing misspecification before hardware is built
- Fixture validation report: Every custom fixture ships with a validation report showing OK/NG discrimination at your specified leak limit, measured across multiple cycles on production-representative parts
- Temperature drift documentation: Instruments with on-board compensation include drift characterization data across 0–50 °C range
- 12-month warranty: Covers instrument and fixture workmanship defects; excludes consumable seals and customer-caused damage
- Traceability-ready data output: Per-unit test records with timestamp, pressure value, OK/NG, and serial number — compatible with automotive and medical quality system requirements

For customers in medical device manufacturing, our test parameter documentation, standard leak calibration records, and fixture validation reports are structured to support IQ/OQ/PQ process validation submissions.
