LG Series - Automatic Pressure Regulating Leak Tester

The LG Series is Figurtech's auto-regulating direct pressure leak tester — designed for applications that require precise, programmable pressure control without manual intervention. Where the LY Series uses a fixed pressure set by a manual regulator, the LG uses digital closed-loop control to reach and hold any target pressure within its range automatically.

How It Works

The LG Series uses an internal electronic proportional valve to regulate test pressure in real time. The operator programs the target pressure, ramp rate, and hold tolerance into one of up to 99 stored test programs. The instrument charges the test cavity, holds at the programmed pressure within ±0.1% accuracy, stabilizes, measures pressure decay, and exhausts — all without operator adjustment. Multiple pressure programs can be stored and recalled by barcode scan, PLC signal, or front-panel selection.
