Precision Manufacturing for Precision Instruments

Our manufacturing facility integrates instrument assembly, fixture machining, pneumatic system integration, calibration, and final acceptance testing under one roof. Every instrument and fixture that leaves our facility has been tested against the customer's actual leak specification before shipment.

Manufacturing Capabilities

  • Instrument assembly: Clean-room assembly environment for sensitive pressure sensor modules and pneumatic valve circuits
  • Fixture machining: CNC-machined aluminium and stainless steel fixtures to ±0.01 mm tolerances, surface finish optimized for seal contact
  • Pneumatic system integration: Multi-channel manifold assembly, solenoid valve integration, tube routing and leak-proof fitting installation
  • Electronics and I/O: PCB assembly, wiring harness, PLC I/O wiring, fieldbus interface module integration
  • Calibration lab: Reference pressure standards, standard leak hole production and calibration, traceable to national standards
  • Final acceptance test: Every system tested at customer's specified pressure and cycle time, with OK/NG discrimination validated against calibrated standard leaks

Instrument Platforms in Production

Six instrument series are in continuous production at our facility:

  • LY Series — Direct pressure, 0–1200 kPa, standard workhorse platform
  • LD Series — Differential pressure, 10× sensitivity, bridge compensation architecture
  • LF Series — Mass flow, 5 range options 0–50 L/min, medical and membrane specialist
  • LG Series — Auto-regulating, electronic proportional valve, multi-step programs
  • LM Series — Multi-channel, 2 or 4 channel simultaneous, independent measurement paths
  • LE Series — Embedded module, 99×180×200 mm, ATEX-ready, DIN-rail mountable

Quality Assurance at Every Stage

Our production process follows a documented quality plan from incoming material inspection through final acceptance:

  • Incoming inspection: pressure sensors, solenoid valves, and electronic components inspected to incoming AQL before assembly
  • In-process calibration: sensor zero and span set during assembly, verified after enclosure assembly
  • Leak test of the instrument itself: all internal pneumatic circuits pressure-tested before final panel assembly
  • Final acceptance test: instrument run at customer's specified test parameters with standard leak discrimination; results documented in the shipment package
  • Fixture validation: custom fixtures tested on customer-supplied or equivalent sample parts before shipment

Shipment & Commissioning

Systems are shipped with foam-lined protective cases, including all fixture tooling, pneumatic adapters, calibration certificates, standard leak holes, and an operation manual. Remote commissioning support is available via video call for all standard installations. On-site commissioning is available for multi-channel and automation line systems.
