Figurtech engineers and manufactures precision leak testing instruments and custom fixture systems to order. All products are built to your exact specification and fully tested before shipment.

Returns

Custom-engineered instruments and fixture systems are manufactured to order and are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend a pre-purchase engineering consultation to confirm technical fit before order confirmation.

Pre-Shipment Video Inspection

We offer video inspection before every shipment. You can verify workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and functional performance before goods leave our facility. Request this service when placing your order — no extra charge.

12-Month Warranty

All Figurtech products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation is excluded.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, email support@figurtech.com with the following:

  • Product model and serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the fault (if applicable)

You will receive a case number and acknowledgment within 24 hours. Our engineers will review your case and contact you within 2 business days to diagnose the issue by email or scheduled video call. Resolution follows one of three paths:

  • Remote fix — parameter adjustments, firmware, or calibration guidance resolved within 5 business days
  • Replacement parts — shipped to you at no charge, with video-guided installation support. Figurtech covers outbound shipping costs.
  • Hardware return — unit returned for repair or replacement; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Figurtech covers all outbound shipping costs.

After-Sales & Technical Support

We stand behind every system we ship. Any reported technical issue will be actively worked on by our engineers — remote-resolvable issues are resolved within 5 business days. For issues requiring further intervention, we coordinate a clear action plan within the same timeframe. Our customers return to us — that is the standard we hold ourselves to.
